General Information

  • I have the right to reject commissions if the complexity goes beyond my current skills or if the contents are not something I'm comfortable with.

  • Please contact me through my main socials or email for further discussion of Commission works or requests. If you have any reason to contact me ASAP, my discord is @Shi0n1113.

  • Regarding reposting my art: I do not consent to people posting my art outside of my main socials as I cannot keep track of reposting. However, if you wish to repost outside of my main socials, please CREDIT me/my handle, or place some evidence it's my art.

  • I do not consent to my work being put in AI generators and for the use of NFTs.

  • Regarding waiting time: Commission completion time may vary (from weeks ~ months). If you have a specific deadline for a commission, please let me know before I confirm the commission.

Payment

  • In terms of payment, I will start on the commission when it's 50%-100% upfront payment. (I will send you rough drafts and flat colours, sketches and colours can be tweaked if the client wishes to.)

  • After I confirm the payment on PayPal, I will confirm your order by adding your name to the waitlist.

  • If you do not respond to me/submit your payment in 3 days, I will not put your name on the waitlist.

  • If I am unable to finish the commission in due time for personal reasons outside of my control, I will give you a full refund on PayPal. (You may not use the unfinished sketches/progress of the commission I've sent you previously.)

  • If you cancel the commission at any time, you will not be given a refund. Please keep this in mind before commissioning me.

  • All commercial uses will have their base price doubled.

Misc

  • Prices will depend on the complexity of the commission. There will be extra fees if the client asks for complicated backgrounds, detailed objects, etc.

  • There will be a discussion on how the client wants the art direction to go. If you have any reference sheets, written descriptions, mood boards or compiled images that could help with referencing, please send as much as you can for a better understanding!

  • I'm willing to negotiate the prices!

Character Illustration

Includes a fully rendered illustration of a character ranging from bust to full body with a simplified/flat coloured background. Clients can request their desired scenario, background and composition with their character choice.Please keep in mind that the price and quality of the commission will change depending on the complexity of the piece.

Full Illustration

Starting Price - $150+ USD

A much more complex illustration that focuses more on the background with the character, with dynamic scenery and many more details.Depending on the complexity of the details, background and character illustration, the price and process up to completion may vary.

Chibi (Style A)

A detailed illustration of a miniaturized character.

Starting Price - $25+ USD

Emotes / Stickers (Style B)

A simplified doodle of chibis. Clients may provide details and guidelines on the sticker's pose and expressions.

$7 per sticker
$30 for 5 stickers
$60 for 10 stickers

Full Illustration (Chibi)

A more detailed illustration for chibis. Includes a simple shaded background with the character as the main focus.

REFERENCE SHEETS

A cleaned-up sketch and basic shading of the requested character with extensive details.Price may vary depending on the complexity of the character and details.(If you are unable to give me a photo reference, please give me an idea of what your character will look like with much detail as possible. I may need to ask many questions as I may not understand your idea the first time.)* In the form, please attach whether you'd like an anime-style reference or a cartoonish-style reference.$60 ~ $150+ USD
